At Ava TrueView Family Theater, we offer catered or non-catered rentals of the main Theater Room and/or two other conference rooms attached to the theater

Theater Rental

Rent our Theater and host your own Movie for your Church or Birthday Party for just $50 if we provide concessions.

On our 17 X 30 stage we can also host Business Meetings, Educational Seminars, Live Music Events, Theatrical Performances and more (Call us for pricing).

We can even cater your event through True Brew, our restaurant just across the square, or offer fountain drinks, popcorn and other refreshments from our concession area.

We offer full PowerPoint projection on a smaller screen in front of the curtain, or even the large theater screen if desired.

Through our Professional Grade Audio/Visual equipment (Dolby 7.1 Surround sound available) and Gigabit Fiber Connection, we can LIVE STREAM online through Facebook LIVE, YouTube LIVE, your website or just about anywhere else. The live feed is also available in each conference room TV.

We can also make CD’s and/or DVD’s of your event, or provide you with a video file for you to use how you please.

Conference Room Rental

For as little as $35, rent one of our two conference rooms. Both rooms have street-level entry if preferred, and can seat 35-40 comfortably. The theater rental is available for larger events while the two conference rooms can be used to host break-out sessions if desired. Again, catering is available.
